Library News for November
We’ve had a wonderful time in the library this month. Our 4th Grade Book Discussion group gathered on a couple Mondays and Tuesdays to discuss last year’s DCF winner: Escape From Mr. Lemoncello’s Library by Chris Grabenstein.
The group overwhelmingly voted it a 5 star book! Students thought it deserved 5 stars because it was:
“So action-packed and hard to put down.” -Ella
Louise liked it because, ” It was similar to the Hunger Games but filled with lots of cool puzzles to solve.”
Gideon liked the way it was filled with “Really cool tech inventions, the book really promoted libraries as a fun place to be and a great place to learn about anything you want to, just like our TES library!”
Students worked really hard to finish the book so they could submit a video clip for Chris Grabenstein’s upcoming sequel: Mr. Lemoncello’s Library Olympics coming soon on Tuesday, January 5th 2015
